Today’s Sunday Gleaner has a feature on a new documentary which premiered recently. Bad Friday: Rastafari After Coral Gardens takes a look at one of the most controversial incidents in modern Jamaica, a bloody clash in Coral Gardens (St. James) between a band of Rastafarians and police. Eight persons were killed in the incident. Bad Friday had its local premiere on June 23 at the Bob Marley Museum in St Andrew.
